Turkey Meatballs

Teriyaki Sauce



  • Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and use hands (use latex gloves) to combine and mix.
  • With the mixture, shape up meatballs and line on a non-stick baking tray.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until fully cooked. You can also use an air fryer but reduce the time to 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the teriyaki sauce by adding all ingredients in a saucepan on low heat. Allow the sauce to slowly thicken up whilst the meatballs are cooking.
  • Once the meatballs are fully cooked, add them to the saucepan and combine them with the teriyaki sauce.
  • Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with jasmine rice or refrigerate for your meal prep..
