
Tomato and Feta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g feta cheese
- 4 tomatoes roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp black olives
- 1 tsp fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- In a serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, basil and feta.
- Whisk the balsamic and extra olive oil in separate bowl. Pour over salad bowl.
