Sunny-Side Up Egg
Here is how to make the perfect sunny-side egg with a golden runny yolk. Simply cook with olive oil or butter.
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Add olive oil to a frying pan and allow it to heat for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
- Crack egg into the pan. Slightly reduce heat if oil starts to spit.
- Use a fork to poke several holes into the whites of the egg.
- Cook the tops of the whites are set.
