
Simple Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cup (164.3 g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (72.5 g) almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup (16.2 g) pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (20.3 g) dried fruit chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp (0.5 tsp) salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (180°C).
- Combine wet ingredients – coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix.
- Add all the remaining the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix. We recommend using gloves and mixing with hands.
- On a lined baking sheet, evenly spread the mixture.
- Bake for around 15 minutes, or until it’s toasted.
- Allow the granola to cool down and keep it stored in an air-tight container for around 1 to 2 weeks.
