Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers and Onions Recipe
- Prehead oven for 5 minutes.
- Slice sausages.
- In a mixing bowl, mix bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and add the sausage.
- Bake for 25 minutes, but check after 10 minutes how the veggies are doing. You will need to also flip halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!
