Roasted Bok Choy
Here is how to make roasted bok choy that is crispy and nicely seasoned with olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking tray.
- Roast for 15 minutes, but flip bok choy half way through. Cook until crispy.
