- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon juice of
Instructions
- Mix together minced garlic, spices and olive oil.
