
Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles) Recipe
Here is how to make zucchini noodles, known as Zoodles, which is a great low-carb and keto-friendly noodle recipe. Add garlic and parmesan for extra flavor.

- 1 Spiralizer
Ingredients
- 4 zucchini medium
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 8 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini noodles by using a spiralizer. Altertntivatly, you can use a peeler.
- Squeeze the zoodles in a small towel to remove moisture.
- To a cast iron pan, on medium-high heat, add the butter and garlic and allow it to fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the zoodles and season with salt and black pepper.
- Fry for 5 minutes and remove off heat.
- Add the grated parmasen and serve.
