
Garlic Butter Sautéed Shrimp Recipe
Here is how to make garlic butter sautéed shrimp. This recipe is quick to make, tasty, and goes well with most meal plans.
Ingredients
- 450 g (1 lb) raw shrimp peeled & deveined
- 100 g (0.4 cups) butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp (0.5 tsp) salt
- 1/4 tsp (0.3 tsp) black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp cilnatro garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled & deveined shrimps with salt, black pepper, and herb seasonings. You could also add spice seasonings of choice.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter for 1 minute and add the minced garlic.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes each side.
- Reduce heat and garnish with cilantro. You could also add some lemon juice.
