
Egg Bacon Avocado Breakfast Recipe
Whip up a quick and energizing keto breakfast with this sunny fried egg, crispy bacon, and avocado recipe. Perfect for lazy weekend mornings, this dish is packed with healthy fats and protein to boost your energy and satisfy your cravings.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 bacon rashers
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
- Crack the eggs into the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and slice the flesh into thin pieces.
- Serve the eggs sunny-side up on a plate with the crispy bacon on the side and avocado slices on top. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
