Egg Bacon Avocado Breakfast Recipe
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
- Crack the eggs into the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and slice the flesh into thin pieces.
- Serve the eggs sunny-side up on a plate with the crispy bacon on the side and avocado slices on top. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
