
Baked Chunky Chips Recipe

Ingredients
- 750 g (26.5 oz) potatoes peeled & sliced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven.
- Cut each potato into wide slices, then into thick sticks.
- Boil the potatoes in a large pan of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain them well.
- Spread the potatoes on a roasting pan and drizzle with oil, make sure each chip is evenly coated.
- Season the potatoes well with salt and pepper.
- Bake the potatoes for 25 minutes, turning them twice until they are golden brown and crisp.
