You can eat this cold and straight from the refrigerator which will be so refreshing for those summer days.
As mentioned, due to the chopped apples, you do not really taste any tuna, however you get the protein and nutrients inside you.
Personally, I enjoy eating tuna and always try to find ways to include it for my meal prep lunches for work, but the apples takes it to the level that you really crave it again.
Apple and Celery Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 canned tuna chunks
- 2 green apples
- 200 g celery stick
- 200 g lettuce
- 220 g Carrots shredded
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Add to meal prep containers.
